Open Water Freediver

The Open Water Freediver Course is the Basic Freediving Course including complete theory, breathing and relaxation training, pool training and deep dive training. - 1 evening in Manila/Makati (Diveshop of Aquamundo) and
- 2 days deep diving in Anilao

March 10, start 7pm / end around 10:30pm - 2 evenings of theory in Makati.
March 12+13 - start at 10am - static breathhold training and deep dive training in Anilao. Ending at the 13th around 2pm in Anilao.

- 1 full day deep diving at a divesite close to Davao

Date

December 15+16, start 7pm / end around 11:00pm - 2 evenings of theory and swimming pool training in Davao City.

(For those who cannot come on wednesday evening i can offer them to do the theory part of wednesday on tuesday night, or wednesday morning.)

December 18 - start at 10am - depending on the amount of people there will be 1 or 2 groups. Each group will do 2 deep dive sessions.

In case of very bad weather or for other necessary reasons the training will be postponed to the 19th.

Consists of 2 evenings theory and swimming pool training (15+16.12), but without the deep diving.

To help develop the sport of freediving in the Philippines every 1st weekend of the month all snorkelers, freedivers and interested persons are invited to come to Moalboal and join ...

This event is a non commercial simple meeting opportunity.

So far the people joining mostly did a boat dive on saturday to pescador (start at 10am - White Beach - Club Serena Resort) , party in the evening and a relaxed beachdive on sunday.
