What is Freediving?
Freediving is diving down without the use of scuba equipment.
Just by holding your breath.
With special training and preparation nearly everybody can learn how to hold his breath. And it doesn't take long. 2-3 days and you will be able to hold your breath for 2-3 minutes. Some people even can hold their breath for 4 minutes after short training. LINK Course Infos.
This way you can enjoy the underwater life in a completely new way.
Or maybe you have seen the Movie "The Big Blue" or "Le Grand Bleu" from Luc Besson?
