This is the Basic Freediving Course including complete theory, breathing and relaxation training, pool training and deep dive training on our housereef. No prerequisites. It gives you all the information and skills you need to immerse in the sport of Freediving. You learn the "20 Safety Rules for Freediving" and how to help your divebuddy in case of an emergency. For all of you who want to go deeper and for a longer time, this is your Course. Prerequisite: having completed the Open Water Freediver Course, any other Beginners Freediver Course or proof of qualification. You will learn lots of new techniques, tips and tricks to improve and fine tune your technique. Packing your lungs, Frenzel Fattah Mouthfill Equilizing technique, try out fluid goggles, nose clip, … to improve your personal best’s. At the end of the course advanced students will have the chance to freedive the cathedral in pescador island (27m). More Info
The Master Freediver Course is held over 2 weeks and consists of 3 parts:
1. Go Deeper - Development of your own diving skills
2. Try Teaching - Assisting the instructor with other students during one two day course
3. Specialties – Freediving can be more than just deep diving

You are finished with a course and only want to join a deep dive training?
We will safety for you and also assist you with all your needs during one deep dive training session which usually is done from the boat (additional cost of P300 to P900) more info
Place and Time
Courses are at the Pool and Housereef of Club Serena Resort, White Beach in Moalboal unless stated different. The Deep diving is often in Tongo Bay - protected from wind, waves and current. Aquaholics is the diveshop within Club Serena Resort.
Courses start at 10am and last till around 6pm. For groups 3 and more times/dates can also be arranged flexible for all courses!
Prices
All prices are per Person – max. 8 Students per Course - Exchange Rate 1 EUR = PHP 58 (December 2011)
For solo students (VIP Course) the price is an additional of PHP 1,000.- per day.
Additional ABC (Mask, Fins, Booties and Wetsuit) equipment rental per day – PHP 450.-
