First Freediving Competition in the Philippines
RESULTS
Athletes from all over the world are invited to join and demonstrate their skills to dive as deep and as long as possible without the use of any breathing equipment - just by holding their breath.
The event will take place on March 31 and April 1, 2012 (Detailed Schedule) in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines.
Host will be Club Serena Resort and Aquaholics Diveshop located on beautiful White Beach.
Cebu based company Blood Red (Water, biking and street wear products) is the main sponsor and there will be 3 AIDA Judges present that will be able to certify any world or national record during the event.
Since there are no official national Filipino Freediving records (both for male and female divers) this is the chance for every beginner or experienced local Freedivers to get a place in the record books of Freediving.
Underwater video and photographers will be present during the whole competition to provide media with fascinating pictures also from the deep diving part. More information for Media and Sponsorship.
Registration fee is P6,000.- (payment deadline January 31) or P7,500 (late registration) - detailed registration/participation information.

If an athlete comes without Freediving equipment, we can provide them with bi-fins, mask, snorkel, rubber belt and wetsuit. The set rental cost is P400 per day.
There will be a 5 Day Competition Package available (Accomodation, Airport Transfer, Competition Fee, 2 training days) starting at P18,000.- per person (double occupancy)
