Our Freediving course is about Freediving. Yes - Yoga, special nutrition, NLP ... can help (and is partly being used in the course), but the most important for beginners is theory and practise of Freediving.
A word about safety: Freediving and all other Outdoor Adventures offered are potentially dangerous. That’s why we don't do shortcuts. All our activities have detailed briefings, top quality rental equipment, we bring 1st aid kit, and are trained in handling emergencies.
